3. Conclusion of the contract
By placing our products in the online store, we provide a binding offer to conclude a contract on this article. The contract is concluded by clicking the “order” button offering the goods contained in the basket. Immediately after submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Condition for an effective conclusion of the contract is always that the ordering process is completed by sending the order.
4. Shipping costs
In addition to the product prices provided in our online store, shipping costs are incurred. For details about shipping costs, please check “Delivery Terms”.
Payment takes place in advance or via PayPal.
Advance Payment: If you choose the advance payment, we will let you know our bank data and deliver the product as soon as your payment arrives.
PayPal: If you choose the payment via PayPal, please keep in mind that you must be registered or register first. You will receive more information during the order transaction.
6. Retention of title
The products remain our property until the full payment is completed.
As our customer, you have the right of revocation. The right to revoke your order does not apply to the supply of goods, which are manufactured according to customer specification. You have the right to revoke your order within fourteen days, without giving a reason. The revocation period is fourteen days from the date you, or a third party representative named by you, receive your order.
Consequences of revocation:
If you revoce your contract, we have to repay you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising from you choosing a type of delivery other than that offered by us), within fourteen days from the date on which we receive your revocation. For this repayment, we use the same method of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed upon with you; under no circumstances will you be required to pay any fees for repayment. We may refuse reimbursement until we receive the products back, or until you prove that you have returned the goods.
You are to send the products back without delay and within fourteen days from the date on which you inform us about your revocation. The deadline is met when you send the products before the expiry of the period of fourteen days. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You only have to pay for a possible loss in value of the product if the loss of value is caused by your ill-usage of the product.

Business and transaction data is processed and stored by a computer system. Personal data will be treated confidentially.
10. Final Provisions
Only the law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The application of the UN Convention on the International Sale of Goods (CISG) is excluded.
